Platinum House brings the pieces of a beautiful home together under one roof — complete interiors, kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, outdoor living and the technology that runs it all. One team, one point of responsibility from first concept to final handover.
We work with premium Italian and European manufacturers, and we deliver the whole interior ourselves — specification, procurement, project management and installation. That is the difference between us and a company that sells you a kitchen and leaves: one team holds the drawings, the programme and the responsibility from concept through to handover.
We are also part of a group, which is why “under one roof” is not a slogan here. Platinum House covers the interiors. Platinum Vision covers automation, audio-visual and home cinema engineering. AquaVerde covers landscaping, pools and water features. On a villa project that normally means three or four separate contracts and nobody owning the gaps between them.
Complete interiors, designed and delivered by one team
Most villa projects in Dubai are assembled from separate trades — one company for the kitchen, another for wardrobes, a third for loose furniture, a fourth for the technology. Every joint between them is where detail gets lost and programmes slip.
We work the other way round. The interior is drawn as a whole: how the kitchen island relates to the dining table, where a wardrobe carcass has to carry cabling, which wall in the media room needs acoustic treatment, and where a keypad sits so it is not behind a door. Then it is procured against one set of drawings and installed by one team.
What we do
Luxury kitchens
Handleless contemporary or classic framed cabinetry, in matt lacquer, veneer, stone, quartz and porcelain. Islands sized to the room rather than the catalogue, and worktops specified for how the family actually cooks.
Wardrobes and dressing rooms
Walk-in dressing rooms, fitted wardrobes and hinged or sliding systems, with interiors planned around what is actually being stored. Lighting and ventilation built in, not added afterwards.
Furniture and joinery
Loose and fitted furniture specified alongside the cabinetry and from the same partners, so timber, finish and detail carry through the whole house instead of almost matching.
Home cinema rooms
Dedicated cinema rooms and media rooms, with a demonstration cinema in our Dubai Hills Experience Centre — the quickest way to judge seat comfort, row spacing and how dark a room needs to be before committing to anything.
Cinema fit-out and seating
Acoustic panelling, risers, cabinetry and upholstered cinema seating — the physical room, built and upholstered by us, with the audio-visual engineering delivered alongside.
Smart home
Lighting, motorised blinds, climate, audio and entry, specified while the joinery is still a drawing so the technology sits inside the cabinetry rather than being chased into finished walls.
Outdoor and landscaping
Terraces, shade structures, outdoor kitchens and planting — the part of a UAE home that is used most of the year, and is too often treated as an afterthought.
One group, one point of responsibility
Most of what goes wrong on a villa interior happens in the gaps between contractors. Platinum House exists to remove those gaps, because the three disciplines a high-end home needs sit inside one group:
- Platinum House — kitchens, wardrobes, furniture, joinery and the interior fit-out, working with premium Italian and European manufacturers.
- Platinum Vision — automation, audio-visual, lighting control, networks and home cinema engineering, with eighteen years in the UAE behind it.
- AquaVerde — landscaping, pools, water features and irrigation.
In practice that means the keypad position is agreed with the cabinetry elevation, the cinema wall is drawn with the acoustic layout, and the terrace lighting is on the same control system as the house — without three companies negotiating it on site at your expense.
For cinema work specifically we run a dedicated cinema workshop in Dubai Investment Park, shared with Platinum Vision, where acoustic panelling, risers and cinema seating are built and upholstered locally. That is the one part of the programme not waiting on a shipping window.
Built for how homes work in the UAE
Specifications written for a European house do not always survive here, and we would rather say so at drawing stage than at handover. Air conditioning runs close to year-round, which dries leather and timber and makes movement allowances matter. Summer heat makes shading a comfort decision rather than a decorative one. Villas are larger and zoned differently, with a majlis used formally and family areas that are not. Households host late, often through Ramadan. Dust and humidity decide where equipment can safely live. All of that is specification, and it is cheap to get right early and expensive to correct later.
Who we work with
Homeowners building or renovating a villa, interior designers who need a partner that will specify and deliver to their drawings rather than substitute, and main contractors who need joinery packages delivered to programme. We are comfortable being the only interiors contractor on a project or one package within a larger fit-out.

Across Dubai and the wider UAE — Emirates Hills, Dubai Hills, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Al Barari, Arabian Ranches, Mohammed Bin Rashid City, Jumeirah and Downtown, and into Abu Dhabi including Saadiyat Island and Yas. Our Experience Centre is in Dubai Hills Business Estate, which is central to most of it.
How a project runs
- First meeting. Bring drawings, plans or photographs to our Experience Centre in Dubai Hills. We go through the options with you — and you can sit in the demonstration cinema if a cinema room is part of the brief.
- Survey and design. We measure, then draw the interior as a whole — joinery, furniture, and where the technology sits.
- Fixed proposal. A written specification and price before anything is ordered or cut.
- Procurement and manufacture. Ordered from our brand partners against the approved specification; cinema joinery and seating built in our own cinema workshop in Dubai Investment Park.
- Installation. One team, coordinated with the other trades on site.
- Handover and aftercare. Snagging closed out, and the same team still in the same city afterwards.
A truly unique experience
Interiors are difficult to judge from renders, and a cinema is impossible to judge from a specification sheet — a cinema seat is simply a matter of sitting in it. That is what the demonstration cinema at our Experience Centre is for. An hour with the drawings in front of us usually settles more than a week of emails, and often rules things out, which saves money.
Common questions
Do you only do complete interiors, or single rooms?
Either. A kitchen on its own is a normal project for us. So is a whole villa. What we would rather avoid is being asked to match work already installed by someone else without seeing it first.
Do you work with our interior designer?
Frequently, and it tends to produce the best results — the designer holds the vision, we hold the specification and delivery detail. We build to issued drawings and raise buildability points early rather than substituting quietly.
How long does a villa interior take?
A single kitchen is typically six to eight weeks from approved drawings. A full villa interior runs across months and is normally phased around the main contractor’s programme. Ordering early against a fixed specification is what keeps those dates realistic.
Can you take on a renovation rather than a new build?
Yes, and much of our work is exactly that. Renovations need more survey time because existing walls are rarely square and services are rarely where the drawings claim.
